One Less Smoke gives you full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated information at any time. The process is simple, secure, and irreversible.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@onelesssmoke.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please send the email from the same Google account you use to sign in to the app so we can verify your identity and protect your privacy.

- Your account profile (name, email address, and Firebase user ID).
- Your smoking schedule, daily goals, and all smoking reports.
- Your community chat messages and activity history.
- Your FCM notification token and subscription status stored on our backend.
What will be kept
Some records may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. This includes transaction records handled by Google Play Billing. These records are kept only as long as required by law and are not used to identify or contact you.
Timeline
Once we verify your identity, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
